Product Description
Fluorophlogopite mica (also known as artificial mica, synthetic mica large crystal), belongs to the silicate artificial mica crystal, is in the high temperature state of 1500 ℃, through strict process conditions and material ratio, in the platinum crucible smelting mica single crystal. Its chemical formula is KMg3(Alsi3O10) F2;
Because of Fluorophlogopite mica high frequency media loss is low, dielectric constant is stable, not aging, not fragile, easy to debug.
By the China Electronics Technology Group Nanjing 14th Research Institute and other units selected for the radar antenna feeder system sealed window. Millimeter wave band (Ka band) has replaced imports, reducing the cost by as much as 10 times. The microwave band (C-band, L-band) replaces low-performance materials such as natural mica and PTFE, overcomes the problem of easy aging and deformation of PTFE, and the large dielectric loss of natural mica, which improves the performance of the whole machine.
It was selected for radar phase shifter polarization by China Electronics Technology Group Xi'an 39th Research Institute and other units. It replaces low-performance materials such as quartz glass and metal, and overcomes the problems of fragile quartz glass and difficult debugging of metal.
Military radar field Fluorophlogopite, a type of mica mineral, has demonstrated potential relevance in the military radar field. Its properties, including high thermal and chemical stability, low dielectric loss, and excellent electrical insulation characteristics, make it a candidate material for use in radar systems. Fluorophlogopite's ability to withstand harsh environmental conditions and its electrical properties make it suitable for applications involving high-frequency electromagnetic fields, such as in radar antennas and waveguides. Research and development efforts are ongoing to explore the specific ways in which fluorophlogopite can contribute to enhancing the performance and durability of military radar technologies, potentially leading to improved radar capabilities and reliability in demanding operational environments.
